The Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity, Prof. Dr. Francesca Biagini, invites the LMU community to an evening at the Seidvilla München. The guest will be award-winning author and LMU alumnus Ilija Trojanow. Guests can expect an exciting conversation about finding identity, belonging, as well as personal insights into Trojanow's life journey.

Afterwards, guests of the event will have the opportunity for a "get-together" in the garden and café of the Seidvilla. The author Ilija Trojanow will also give the opportunity to sign books after the event.

Ilija Trojanow is an award-winning writer known for his multi-layered and profound works. He is an alumnus of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), where he studied Ethnology. Trojanow was born in Bulgaria and grew up in Germany and Kenya. His experiences as a migrant, as well as his passion for travel, have shaped his writing style and perspectives.Trojanow writes about identity, belonging, and travel, and he has received numerous prizes and awards for his work
